The primary responsibility of this role is to directly introduce and offer 11::11 coin, the Gold Backed cryptocurrency, to Institutional investors, financial advisors, and SMSFs and corporations.
The product: 11::11 Coin bundles as Investment packages in the form of LP V4 NFTs. Powered by the ALLTRA SmartChain.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and attract potential institutional investors, financial advisors, and SMSFs for the 11::11-coin Investment packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in the cryptocurrency and investment sectors.
Present and pitch the 11::11-coin Investment packages to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of investing in a Gold Backed cryptocurrency.
Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and market trends related to cryptocurrencies and investments.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the 11::11-coin Investment packages and generate leads.
Plan and host micro events such as networking functions, meet and greets and New product Launches.
Extra Qualifications in Business Management, Finance, Psychology are an Advantage.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background business development and professional sales such as Real-estate, Car dealerships or in the Finance and Investment sector, with a passion for and knowledge of Cryptocurrency being an advantage. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential, subject to meeting certain conditions and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the Finance and Investment sector.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Self-motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

a. Compensation: Employee’s compensation shall be commission-based, subject to meeting certain conditions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The commission structure shall be as follows:
1% per $1.00 invested up to $1000.00
5% per $1.00 invested from $1001.00 to $5000.00
15% per $1.00 invested from $5001.00 to $15000.00
20% per $1.00 vested for all investment packages over $20000.00
b. Working Hours: Employee’s working hours shall be Minimum 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
Please Note: This is a commission only Contracted role for the first 3 Months. Hi, performing BDMs will win a full-time role Salary and package to be negotiated.
